The wait is finally over and the day is here! Tomorrow is the official release date for Innards debut LP I’ve Lost Everything! We sent out pre-orders last week, so they should be arriving in your mailbox soon if they aren’t already on your turntable. If you haven’t gotten one yet, now is the time! They are available in Black or Electric Blue. Take a look at how swell they look:
In the meantime, we will be putting up pre-orders for three new releases on Wednesday- all of which are an absolute must have. First, the upcoming Annabel LP Youth In Youth which, if we are being perfectly honest, is probably going to be hailed as one of the best releases of 2012. We also have pressed Annabel‘s first EP Now That We’re Alive on cassette tape for the first time ever. Hear some early versions of songs that made it onto Each and Everyone, as well as some songs that are begging for new ears. We will have both releases as part of a package deal that includes their entire discography on CYLS.
Finally, we are proud to announce the pre-order for a project that has been in the works a long time now. It is for a band called Kid Brother Collective, who were an emo band back in the days where emo was emo. They cut their teeth in Flint, Michigan in the late 90s/early 2000s, producing two LPS, an EP, and a split 7″ with a great band called Camber. Their last effort never made it to vinyl, and we couldn’t be happier to be the ones to change that. KBC were like a secret that far too few people outside of Michigan had known about and we aim to change that. This pre-order will last a little longer than our usual pre-orders because when it is released in December, the band will reunite to play a string of shows to support it, including one in their hometown of Flint. Highway Miles will be pressed on two records on classic black in a gatefold jacket that tells of their history. The album will be co-released with our fellow Michiganders Lower Peninsula Records, who have put out some pretty cool records too. Check them out if you haven’t.
