We have some unfortunate news to report: due to unforeseen circumstances, Ape Up! has had to cancel the rest of their European tour.  Prawn will continue on.  The band released this statement via their facebook:

So before the rumor mill still starts to go full force I want to clarify a few things. Matt got pretty f*cked up in Poland and we had to cancel the rest of tour. The only thing that really matters is that he is doing amazingly well and should be leaving to come back to the states very soon. To all of our close friends who do not know the whole situation yet we deeply apoligize. Having a friend you care deeply about that gets hurt in a country where no one speaks english changes priorities a bit. If any of you have any questions as to how he is doing please feel free to send a message and I will answer as soon as I can. To everyone that will not get to see us we deeply apoligize and we promise we will be back soon. On the plus side will we be doing a benefit show at some point to help cover the cost of Matts medical misfortunes. It will be a good time and will probably have a funny name. We love and miss all of you, and if you pray please keep Matt in your hearts. If you don’t, get your name tattoed on your chest or smething.

We will post more details when we can, but let’s all wish Matt a speedy and full recovery and if and when the benefit show happens, we will post details here.

We are starting to get a few e-mails asking when the Joie De Vivre and Dowsing pre-orders are shipping, and the answer is pretty soon.  The records are almost done and should soon be en route to us.  That being said, it will still be a few weeks before they come and are ready to ship.  As soon as we have more of a concrete answer, we will post it here.
